Cardio Kickboxing/Body Sculpt Classes
Rock your way to a new body and way of life!
Our invigorating workouts will propel you into higher levels of fulfillment then you have experience with past workouts. Our energized instructors will encourage, motivate and cheer you on as they watch you push yourself toward a leaner and stronger body.
The workout begins with upbeat, rocking music leading you into a full body warm-up quickly building speed and intensity to a explosive, fun cardiovascular workout that includes jabs, hooks, uppercut, a variety of kicks, jacks, squats and more. Burn calories and fat while performing effective defensive techniques. But wait, that's only half the class...
The second half of class focuses on weight training using dumbbells of all sizes and weights. This portion of class focuses on sculpting the body and shaping your muscles into the firm, strong and healthy look that you desire. Starting with light weights and high reps to define your muscles and finishing with heavier weights to build muscle and strength!
This class is designed to challenge even the most advanced exerciser while providing instruction for all physical levels of fitness, including beginners.
Classes are on: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Class times are: 6:30 to 7:30 on each night.
Walk-ins Welcome: $10.00 or You can purchase packages at the office.
